Refunds

If a service is delivered to the destination you confirmed, it cannot be refunded. Please check the number, meter, account, or smartcard before you pay.

If payment succeeds and the pack does not land, we keep working the send. Packs from 10GB upward often take longer. We do not name a time. While the send is still open, the money stays with the order. If the send fails, the money can go back on your WiamData balance.

Data is not instant. Use Track order with your code. If the status says the money is on your balance, it is already there for your next buy.
