We collect what we need to complete your order: the destination you enter, your payment confirmation, and a receipt email if you give us one.

We use that information to deliver the service, confirm payment, show order status, and help you if something goes wrong.

We do not sell your information. Payment card and Mobile Money details are handled by our payment partner, not stored on WiamData.

If you create an account later, you can ask us to update or remove the personal details we hold for that account.

Live delivery shows our recent sends. If you choose to appear on that board, we show only the photo you uploaded and a letter for that send. We never show your phone, meter, email, or full name there. No photo means you do not appear.
